Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $150 or more. Large outboard motors may require freight delivery depending on size, weight, and destination.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Most deliveries are estimated to arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, although freight shipments and remote locations may take longer.
How are large outboard motors shipped?
Large or heavy motors may be shipped by a freight carrier. The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Please provide an accurate phone number and delivery address when ordering.
Can I return an outboard motor?
Yes. Eligible products may be returned within 35 days, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For eligible non-defective/change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us so we can review the situation.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Our current return policy lists no restocking fee for eligible returns.
